Nous Fund is the deposit layer in Nous’ three-tiered strategy. This is where investors can mint their own non-fungible contracts and participate directly in Nous’ on-chain, decentralised asset management dApp on the Polygon network.

NFCs minted using Nous’ dApp are a kind of smart contract. Smart contracts allow anyone with an internet connection to mint proprietary contracts on the blockchain with bespoke terms and conditions. These contracts are able to capture and integrate real world data points - amount to invest, or time until withdrawal, for example - into their metadata, and execute them automatically when the time is right. While smart contracts are a purely digital asset, users need not worry about their agreements being lost or adulterated; their proprietary character means they cannot be changed and are bound discretely to the founding party. By the same token, they are also protected from security threats. In the sense that no ‘middle-man’ or central corporate authority is requisite for these transactions, smart contracts are the authentic trustless and decentralised solution in asset management.

Users on Nous Fund will be able to harness smart contracts to access Nous products and participate in sophisticated, data-driven trading strategies.
